Conveyancing Legal Secretary

YVA Solicitors LLP are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our passionate and driven team in London!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Knowledge of Conveyancing and Litigation desirable
  • Type (audio and copy) all general correspondence, deeds, documents and forms;
  • File all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Maintain filing and administrative systems;
  • Photocopy and distribute documents as required;
  • Answer, record and follow up telephone calls as required in support of the main receptionist
  • Input all case material onto the computer system;
  • To liaise with outside agencies, professionals and clients as and when appropriate;
  • Other general duties as required involving different departments as required.
  • This is not an exhaustive list.

About You:

· Proven experience in a similar role.

· Strong Microsoft Office Skills.

· Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively within a team.

· High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and organisation.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
