Primarily residential property you will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, we provided administrative support.

Duties include:-

• Undertake and fully manage a caseload of sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and Deeds of variation
• Create and maintain lasting relationships with clients and third parties at all levels
• A thorough and detailed approach to work

You will have:-

• Excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills
• The ability to work with the team in an approachable manner
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key

Salary is very completive plus an excellent bonus structure
