Property Solicitor

An excellent Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor role on offer at this nice practice. Able to take on existing case load and fee earn independantly. Applications for this vacancy are encouraged from solicitors with good quality property experience having worked at a private practice or a local authority. Whilst handling mainly residential property matters from start to finish it would be beneficial if the candidate has experience in commercial property, landlord and tenant and re-finance/security work. The role will require you to manage a busy, interesting and varied caseload of files and you will be dealing with clients from varied background involving small to medium value work.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from experienced and enthusiastic solicitors looking to work with a friendly team. The candidate should take a organised approach to managing the caseload and have experience of handling all aspects of conveyancing work and be confident in providing good service to client. Must be technically strong with an eye for detail, be a strong communicator and possess excellent client care skills. Able to work as part of a team and willing to assist in the growth of the department and the firm.
