Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal seeking an exciting new opportunity?

We’re currently seeking a paralegal to join our busy conveyancing team in the beautiful market town of Hitchin. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced conveyancing solicitors and take advantage of ongoing training and support.

The role:

You’ll be ready to hit the ground running and help our clients with their conveyancing needs.

Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients and business partners, providing new client quotations, opening, and managing client files on our case management system, AML checks, preparing bills, applying for and checking local searches related to the property, dealing with financial statements, collecting funds and carrying out all the necessary post completion registrations.

Candidate Essentials:

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in conveyancing and be familiar with related terminology and administrative tasks. You’ll love working with people and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You should also be highly organised and adept at managing your time effectively, with the ability to prioritise tasks according to deadlines.

Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll be communicating updates to clients and partners via telephone, face-to-face, and email.
