Licensed Conveyancer

Full Time 37 hrs per week - Monday to Friday

At least 3 years conveyancing experience required

Basildon, Ongar, Wickford and Rayleigh

A position has arisen in our Basildon offices for a residential Licensed Conveyancer. The candidate will be required to deliver a high standard of work to clients at all times. Typical duties include:

To run a caseload of approximately 30 matters per month

Freehold/Leasehold properties

Preparing Contract packs

Reporting on Title

Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers

Exchanges and completions

Post completion requisitions

Complying with rules and regulations

Other reasonable duties in connection with the role.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

To be able to manage their own caseload

Excellent customer service skills

Good telephone manner/communication

To be able to work as part of a team
