We are looking for a Junior Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer to join our team, who enjoys interacting with customers and making sure things are done right.
With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
- Owning your own caseload of residential sales and purchases
- Using our case management system to keep everything up to date and accurate
- Managing deadlines and dealing with exchange of contract and completion transactions
- Keeping customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
- Focusing on KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Residential Property Conveyancer:
- At least 1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
- Strong communication skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases
- Ambition to develop your conveyancing experience and skills
