Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor
- (Newly qualified / 1-2 years PQE)
- Salary: £45,000 p/a plus a performance-based increase after 1 year
- Location: City (Bank)
Role Responsibility
Joining as part of a 7-person Property Conveyancing and Bridging Finance team within the firm’sProperty and Bridging Finance department in the City Office running caseload and also liaising withthe Southall team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Newly qualified or 1-2 years PQE
- Will have a wide array of knowledge across residential and commercial property
- Will have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Someone with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure and with limited supervision
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel proficient
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Professional with clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated and committed
- Flexible and adaptable to work timings - willing to work extra hours to complete tasks
