Conveyancer

Following a recent surge in the number of new enquiries, this is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer to join our long established and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing Team in Hertfordshire.

We are seeking to hire an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE (Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer) to be based in our Welwyn Garden City office.

Following a significant expansion, we are looking for someone to bring drive and ambition to the team to work on a range of matters. The caseload will depend upon your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity. The team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base.

The position is on a fulltime basis, however if you think that you are perfect for us, but are seeking reduced hours, please contact us and outline in your covering letter the hours that you will be seeking.

Essentials

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE
• Strong knowledge of all areas to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new build, shared ownership and help to buy
• Run your own caseload
• Ability to manage team of support staff and develop the office in the local area
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fully committed to delivering exceptional client service levels
• A good eye for detail and a positive, proactive approach to your work
• Ability to use case management software
• Meticulous approach to caseload management to align with Lexcel and CQS certification requirements
