Audio and copy typing correspondences, letters, legal forms, reports, etc.
Undertake administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, faxing, etc.
Filing correspondences and post into the requisite files and ensuring the files are kept up to date and in a tidy manner (both physical and on case management)
Opening new files and sending initial engagement letters to clients
Putting the AML Risk Assessment forms into the files and printing all CDD and AML documents received from the clients
Dealing with payments coming in and outgoing payments)
Downloading land registry documents and titles, completion searches
Submission of HM land registry applications and dealing with requisitions (if any)
Updating clients, agents and chasing solicitors for update
Archiving files and sending clients closing letters with requisite documents, deeds, etc
Post exchange, raising the invoices and drafting completion statements
Stamp Duty Land Tax drafting/submitting to produce the SDLT5
