A vacancy has arisen for a Part Time Legal Secretary in a busy high street practice. To apply you must have experience as a Legal Secretary.
You will have audio typing experience using digital dictation good typing speed and a good telephone manner, previous reception experience with good communication skills and administration experience.
Prior knowledge of Conveyancing, Private Client and General Commercial Litigation work an advantage. You will be expected to complete online submissions using various platforms including the Land Registry, HMRC and HMCTS.
Duties include audio typing using a Case Management system, PA work for a team of fee earners, maintaining files and records, answering the phone, taking messages, diary management and working to deadlines.
