Are you a Conveyancer with fantastic Residential Property experience looking to work for a newly merged firm carving out a new way of working within the Legal sector? Maybe you are looking to take on more responsibility and you are wanting flexibility in the way you work? Key tasks will include:

  • Need to complete tasks and paperwork to deadlines
  • Deal with all enquiries regarding transactions
  • Handle the pre and post exchange work
  • Handle the financial aspects of exchange and completion
  • Supervise and assist with post completion work e.g. payment of SDLT, registration with Land Registry and/or Companies House
  • Ensure contacts and referrers are kept regularly updated
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
  • Attend networking events and market the team to ensure file numbers and targets are met

What we look for:

• Have experience in Residential conveyancing • Must be a good team player willing to work cooperatively with others.

• Good organisation with strong administration skills.

• Able to produce a large quantity of work and complete tasks to strict deadlines.

• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent internal stakeholder and client handling skills.

• Enthusiasm • Have the ability to be highly productive

• Be able to cope with pressure

• Be able to work flexibly to assist others and willing to put in extra hours to get the work done particularly at peak periods

• Ability to quickly adjust to new systems and work processes

• Have good telephone call handling skills
